THERE'S A LITTLE BITTY BAR DITCH THAT'S ABOUT SIX INCHES DEEP THAT JUST SIMPLY DOESN'T HAVE THE CAPACITY FOR EVEN THE EXISTING CONDITIONS.

THERE'S GOING BE A DETENTION POND THAT'S GOING TO BE AT THE VERY END OF THAT THAT'S GOING TO PROVIDE DETENTION FOR THE GMI PARCEL AND THEN VIA PIPE.

IT'S GOING TO BE PIPED ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE INTERSECTION OF NOLEN DRIVE AND CROOKED

BUT ALL THE DEVELOPED RUNOFF WILL BE CAPTURED AND THEN SENT VIA DRAINAGE STRUCTURES DOWN TO NOLEN AND CROOKED.

SO WE HAVE NO DRAINAGE AND THERE'S TWO RESIDENTIAL HOMES ON THAT PROPERTY THAT FROM WHISPERING WOODS BACK TO NOLEN, THE WATER DRAINS TO NOLEN, BUT FROM CROOKED LANE TO KIMBALL DRAINS OTHER TO KIMBALL.

BUT THE TWO PROPERTIES, THEY CATCH THE WATER BECAUSE IT DOESN'T IT'S NO WAY IT CAN GO DOWN TO NOLEN AND I'M CONCERNED ABOUT THAT BECAUSE IF THEY HAVE, YOU KNOW, WHERE THE DETENTION POND IS THEY'RE TRYING TO CONTINUE TO DRAIN IT OUT THERE AND RIGHT NOW, IT'S POOLING UP THERE BY THE FIRE HYDRANT AND THEN WHEN IT CROSSES THE ROAD, IT GOES ACROSS TO THE PROPERTY RESIDENTIAL HOUSE ON 2349.

AND THE POOR GUY, HE JUST BOUGHT THAT TWO MONTHS AGO.

HE KNOWS NOTHING WHAT'S GOING ON.

SO IT'S A BIG PROBLEM FOR US BECAUSE WE ARE THE DRAINAGE, BECAUSE IT GOES ON OUR PROPERTY INSTEAD OF DOWN THE ROAD DITCH.

AND I'M JUST WONDERING IF THE CITY'S GOING TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE ROAD DITCHES.
