BUT THE PANELS, THE LEVELS WE'RE PUTTING IN, WHICH IS TESLA SOLAR PANEL LEVEL, TOO, IS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT THAN PREVIOUS ONES.

THE ONE DIRECTLY BEHIND LOOKS FROM THE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH TO BE PRETTY WELL PROTECTED AND SHIELDED BY TREES. BUT IT DIDN'T APPEAR TO BE EXACTLY THE SAME TO THE SIDE.

HAVE YOU HAD ANY CONVERSATIONS OR HAS THE HOMEOWNER HAD ANY CONVERSATIONS WITH THEIR NEIGHBORS ABOUT THEIR FEELINGS TOWARD HAVING SOLAR PANELS ON THE ROOF OF THIS HOME? NO, SIR, NO. NO CONVERSATION OR FEEDBACK FROM THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS.

BUT THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WE COULD REACH OUT ABOUT.

YEAH, I THINK I'D ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THAT.

PARTICULARLY, I MEAN, I THINK COMMISSIONER ROTHMEIER GIVES A FEW GOOD REASONS IN TERMS OF, YOU KNOW, JUST COMING OFF THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

AND IF I THINK YOU WOULDN'T WANT NEIGHBORS TO COME FORWARD KIND OF AT THE LAST MINUTE RIGHT BEFORE CITY COUNCIL AND THEN YOU HAVE TO, YOU KNOW, RESPOND TO THAT.

SO IT MIGHT BE BETTER TO PROACTIVELY REACH OUT TO THE ADJACENT ONES.

I MEAN, I THINK WE KIND OF KNOW THE ANSWER, BUT THE THREE THAT ARE ON THE WESTERN EXPOSURE, CLEARLY FOR THE THE WESTERN SUN ON THE DRIVEWAY, I MEAN, I THINK THOSE ARE THE ONES THAT COULD HAVE SOME VISIBILITY FROM THE STREET.

I MEAN, I KNOW WHY THEY'RE THERE, BUT THOSE ARE ONES I GUESS I WAS GOING TO LET YOU ADVOCATE FOR THOSE AND THEN SEE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THOUGHT OF THAT.

I MEAN, OTHERWISE, IT APPEARS TO ME YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE A GOOD FAITH EFFORT TO HAVE THEM ON THE BACK OF THE HOME.

AND THEY'RE YOU KNOW, THERE ARE SOME HOMES BEHIND THERE.

BUT THERE IS SOME TREE COVER AS WELL, IT LOOKS LIKE.

BUT BUT MAYBE TALK TO ME A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THOSE ONES ON THE WESTERN SIDE.

SO OUR DESIGNERS PUT THOSE THERE JUST TO MAXIMIZE THE PRODUCTION.

WHAT WE COULD DO IS WE COULD GO BACK WITH OUR DESIGNERS, TRY TO REWORK A SECOND DESIGN AND SEE WHAT THE DROP IN PRODUCTION WOULD BE IF WE MOVE THOSE TO ANOTHER MOUNTING PLAN AND THEN PROPOSE THE NEW DESIGN TO YOU.

YEAH, I THINK POTENTIALLY HAVING MAYBE THIS PROPOSAL AND MAYBE AN OPTION, WHICH COUNCIL ALWAYS SAYS THEY LOVE OPTIONS THAT DOESN'T HAVE THEM ON THE WESTERN SIDE, BUT MAYBE HAS THEM ON THE REAR OF THE HOUSE.

YOU KNOW, THAT WILL ALLOW THEM A LITTLE BIT MORE FLEXIBILITY IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATION. SO I'D ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THAT.

WE'LL SEE. WE'LL SEE IF THERE'S SOME PUBLIC FEEDBACK DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING SECTION ABOUT THAT AS WELL. AND WE MIGHT INVITE YOU BACK UP TO TALK ABOUT THAT.
