HI, CONNIE. GOOD EVENING.

I'M CONNIE COOLEY, PRESIDENT OF SOUTHLAKE HISTORICAL SOCIETY AND OUR SOCIETY HISTORIAN ANITA ROBESON JOINS ME TONIGHT ON BEHALF OF ALL OF OUR BOARD MEMBERS.

WE'D LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO THANK YOU FOR PLACING THE SOCIETY'S BOB AND ALMEADY CHISUM JONES EXHIBIT ON PERMANENT DISPLAY AT THE BOB JONES NATURE CENTER.

PART OF THE EXHIBIT HUNG, IF YOU REMEMBER, IN TOWN HALL OVER THE SUMMER AND IN SEPTEMBER AT THE REQUEST OF WHITE CHAPEL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.

THE 13 PANEL EXHIBIT WAS ON PUBLIC DISPLAY THROUGH THE FALL AND NOW IT HANGS IN THE NATURE CENTER. IT SAYS A LOT ABOUT A CITY AND ITS RESIDENTS WHEN THEIR HISTORY IS EMBRACED. THE BOB AND ALMEADY CHISUM JONES STORY IS A CLASSIC TALE OF A PROMINENT LOCAL FAMILY. BUT OF COURSE IT IS DISTINCTIVE SINCE BOTH BOB AND ALMEADY WERE BORN INTO SLAVERY . OVER THEIR LONG LIVES BOB AND ALMEADY WITNESSED JUNETEENTH, FRONTIER LAWLESSNESS, INDIAN RAIDS, CATTLE DRIVES, CATTLE BARONS, RECONSTRUCTION, JIM CROW AND EARLY CIVIL RIGHTS.

DESPITE POTENTIAL DANGER, THIS FAMILY, OUR NEIGHBORS, EXHIBITED DIGNITY AND STRENGTH.

IN 1868, BOB BEGAN ACCUMULATING LAND IN THE CROSS TIMBERS PAID FOR WITH MONEY EARNED, DRIVING TEXAS LONGHORNS NORTH TO RAILHEADS IN KANSAS.

HE WENT ON TO BECOME AN AREA ECONOMIC ENGINE, EMPLOYING TENANT FARMERS AND HELPING THEM SUCCEED.

IN 1875 HE MARRIED ALMEADY CHISUM, WHO GREW UP AT THE JOHN SIMPSON CHISUM RANCH NEAR BOLIVAR IN DENTON COUNTY.

SHE HAD BEEN TOLD THAT THE FAMOUS CATTLE BARON WAS HER FATHER.

NEITHER BOB NOR ALMEADY ATTENDED SCHOOL, BUT THEY COULD READ AND WRITE.

THEY MADE SURE THEIR 10 CHILDREN GRADUATED FROM THE EIGHTH GRADE.

THEIR CHILDREN'S CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN WENT MUCH FARTHER.

HOWARD UNIVERSITY, TUSKEGEE UNIVERSITY, KANSAS STATE, NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, TEXAS

SOUTHERN, JUILLIARD AND MANY MORE.

IN THE 1940S, MUCH OF THE LAND BOB HAD OWN FREE AND CLEAR WAS UNDER LAKE GRAPEVINE.

IN 1948, HIS TWO YOUNGEST SONS OPENED A LIVESTOCK SALE BARN ON HIGHWAY 114 AT WHITE CHAPEL. THEIR WIVES OPERATED A CAFE THAT HISTORIANS BELIEVE WAS THE FIRST INTEGRATED CAFE IN TEXAS. EACH SUMMER, THE FAMILY HOSTED A POPULAR COMMUNITY PICNIC WITH BARBECUE, CARNIVAL RIDES AND MUSIC.

OUR EXHIBIT ADDS DEPTH AND CONTEXT TO STORIES WRITTEN OVER THE YEARS.

WE'VE INCORPORATED FAMILY REMEMBRANCES, ARTICLES FROM OBSCURE NEWSPAPER ARCHIVES AND DUSTY PUBLIC RECORDS, GENEALOGY FROM THE WHITE SIDE OF BOB'S FAMILY AND STORIES FROM SOUTHLAKE NEIGHBORS. FOR INSTANCE, MARILYN AND HER SON, MICHAEL TUCKER, WHO DONATED, SOLD THEIR HOUSE AND THE PROPERTY TO THE CITY.

LONGTIME RESIDENT LYNN BURGESS AND OTHERS.

THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS FAMILY'S FASCINATING STORY.

SO WE ENCOURAGE FAMILIES TO VISIT THE NATURE CENTER TO SEE THE EXHIBIT.

AND WE WANT RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO KNOW ABOUT AN UPCOMING NATURE CENTER OPEN HOUSE FROM NINE TO THREE ON SATURDAY, MARCH 27TH.

SOCIETY MEMBERS WILL BE THERE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EXHIBIT.

WE COULD PROBABLY HAVE IT SET UP INSIDE THE MARK SO THAT PEOPLE COULD SEE THAT. I JUST THINK WE CAN'T GET OUR HISTORY IN FRONT OF ENOUGH PEOPLE.

SO EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY THAT'S OUT THERE.

SO AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, WE HAVE DECIDED TO EXTEND OUR CELEBRATION INTO THIS WEEK SO THAT WE CAN MAKE SURE THAT OUR EMPLOYEES ARE HONORED IN THE WAY THAT WE INTENDED AND WITHOUT THE OVERLAP OF DEALING WITH THE WINTER WEATHER THAT OCCURRED.

OUR EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION WEEK EVERY YEAR IS WHEN WE TAKE THE TIME TO RECOGNIZE AND HIGHLIGHT OUR EMPLOYEES, WHO ONE HAVE ACHIEVED 10 YEAR MILESTONES FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR, AND ALSO TO RECOGNIZE INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEES WHO'VE BEEN RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE THIS YEAR. OF COURSE, WE HAD TO DO THINGS A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.

SO WE INSTEAD OF HAVING A LOT OF IN-PERSON EVENTS LIKE WE NORMALLY DO IN A TRADITIONAL AWARDS CEREMONY, WE CELEBRATED AND WE'LL BE CELEBRATING WITH RECIPIENTS VIRTUALLY.

WE'VE IMPLEMENTED CONGRATULATORY VIDEO SIGNAGE IN OUR CITY FACILITIES, RECOGNIZING EMPLOYEES ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

AND YOU'VE PROBABLY ALSO SEEN HONOREE NAMES ON FLAG POLE BANNERS THROUGHOUT TOWN SQUARE.

AND TONIGHT, WE'RE GOING TO TAKE A MOMENT TO HIGHLIGHT THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE BEING HONORED. SO TO BEGIN WE'LL COVER THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE RECEIVING TEN YEAR RECOGNITION FOR THE YEAR. THIS YEAR, WE HAVE 43 EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE ACHIEVED A 10 YEAR MILESTONE IN 2020. IN RECOGNITION OF THEIR SERVICE, EACH EMPLOYEE RECEIVES A 10 YEAR PIN TO MARK THE OCCASION. AND ON THE SCREEN YOU'LL SEE THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN RECOGNIZED FOR SERVING FIVE YEARS WITH THE CITY.

THERE'S 18 EMPLOYEES ON THIS LIST.

THIS SLIDE HIGHLIGHTS OUR 10 YEAR AND 15 YEAR RECIPIENTS, WE HAVE FOUR EMPLOYEES WHO ARE BEING WHO ARE CELEBRATING THEIR TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH THE CITY, AND THEN WE HAVE 9 EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE ACHIEVED THEIR 15 YEAR MILESTONE.

SO CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THOSE EMPLOYEES AS WELL.

WE ARE SO PROUD TO RECOGNIZE NINE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE SERVED THE CITY FOR 20 YEARS, THAT'S TWO DECADES OF SERVICE FOR SOUTHLAKE AND THEN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT VICKIE DEWEES AND PUBLIC WORKS CREW LEADER TERRY HOLLOWAY BOTH REACHED THEIR 25TH 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH THE CITY LAST YEAR.

AND THEN FINALLY, WE HAVE RENNI BURT, WHICH EVERYONE KNOWS WELL, CELEBRATING HER 30 YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH THE CITY.

SO CONGRATULATIONS TO THEM.

THOSE ARE VERY PROUD ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

I HOPE THEY'RE PROUD OF THOSE SERVICE.

SO DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENT OF EVERYTHING WE DO, WE TALK ABOUT IT OFTEN.

IT'S A FOCUS OF EVERY DEPARTMENT AND EVERY LEADER IN THE CITY.

AND EACH YEAR WE RECOGNIZE A TEAM MEMBER OR MEMBERS WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE BY AWARDING THEM WITH THE KRISTIN PITZINGER CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD.

AND FOR THIS AWARD, WE ASK FOR NOMINATIONS FROM EMPLOYEES.

AND THEN THE FINAL SELECTION IS MADE BY CITY MANAGER YELVERTON AND ME.

THIS YEAR, WE DETERMINED THAT WE NEEDED TO AWARD BOTH AN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD AND THE INTERNAL AWARD WAS DIANE LOW WAS SELECTED FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNAL AWARD.

DIANE WORKS IN THE PARKS DIVISION AS AN OFFICE ASSISTANT AND HER LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNSURPASSED.

HER NOMINATION WRITES SHE IS CONTINUOUSLY WORK.

SHE CONTINUOUSLY WORKS TO ENSURE THAT THE PARKS DEPARTMENT IS RUNNING AS EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE DEPARTMENT TO HER TEAM, WHETHER IT'S MAKING SURE THE PROPER PURCHASING PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED, BALANCING AND TRACKING MONTHLY EXPENDITURE EXPENDITURES, OR MAKING SURE VENDOR INVOICES ARE PAID PROMPTLY, KEEPING THE TEAM UP TO DATE ON HOW TO USE NEW PROGRAMS. DIANE SERVES THE TEAM ABOVE ALL, AND I WILL SAY JUST EVEN OUTSIDE OF HER OWN TEAM.

WHENEVER ANYBODY NEEDS ANYTHING QUICKLY FROM THE PARKS DEPARTMENT, THEY KNOW IF THEY CALL DIANE, SHE CAN BE THE ONE TO FACILITATE GETTING THAT INFORMATION.

FIREFIGHTER PARAMEDIC NIC MILES WAS SELECTED TO RECEIVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD FOR SERVING OUR EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS THIS YEAR.

THERE WERE SEVERAL GREAT EXAMPLES OF NIC'S DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT ONE THAT WE PROVIDED REALLY STANDS OUT AS A YOUNG MAN A FIREFIGHTER MADE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON HIS LIFE, AND NIC WANTS TO BE THAT SAME POSITIVE INFLUENCE ON OUR YOUTH.

HE ALWAYS CARRIES STICKERS TO PASS OUT TO THE KIDS AND GOES BEYOND GIVING A STICKER TO A KID. HE GETS DOWN ON THEIR LEVEL AND TALKS TO THEM.

IT IS TO HIM THAT PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN, SEE AND TALK TO SOMEONE THAT CAN BE INFLUENTIAL IN THEIR LIVES.

AND NIC DEMONSTRATES THIS EVERY DAY BY THE WAY, HE TREATS NOT JUST CUSTOMERS, BUT EVERYONE. SO CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH OF THEM.

WE'RE SO PROUD OF THEM FOR EXEMPLIFYING WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FOR THE CITY.

MOVING ON TO OUR VALUES AWARD, OUR CITY VALUES ARE AT THE CORE OF WHAT WE DO EVERY DAY, SO WE FEEL IT'S IMPORTANT TO RECOGNIZE INDIVIDUALS WHOSE WORK IS NOTABLE FOR ITS CONFORMANCE WITH OUR CITY VALUES.

AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOMINATED BY THEIR COWORKERS FOR THIS AWARD.

AND OVER THE LAST YEAR, THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS HAS EXPERIENCED HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER.

AND KEVIN WAS NOMINATED BECAUSE HE WAS REALLY SEEN TO RISE TO THE OCCASION WITH A LEVEL OF DILIGENCE AND QUALITY THAT IS SECOND TO NONE.

HE MAINTAINED A CONTINUITY OF SERVICE, OVERCAME STAFFING SHORTAGES AND BALANCED A TECHNICALLY CHALLENGING AND DIVERSE PROJECT LOAD WITH EASE AND GRACE.

SO WE'RE REALLY GRATEFUL TO HIM FOR THAT.

BANQUET SPECIALIST CRYSTAL MADDALENA IS THE RECIPIENT OF OUR ACCOUNTABILITY AWARD.

AND AS EVERYONE CAN IMAGINE, CRYSTAL WORKS AT LEGENDS HALL, SERVING A VERY DEMANDING CUSTOMER BASE. MANY WEDDINGS OVER THE LAST YEAR WERE POSTPONED AND PLANS WERE CHANGED DURING COVID, AND SHE WORKED ESPECIALLY HARD TO HELP BRIDES HAVE THEIR SPECIAL DAY.

EVEN DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME, SHE DIDN'T WANT THE CLIENT TO BE NERVOUS WITH EVERYTHING ELSE ON THEIR PLATE, AND SHE REALLY STEPPED UP AND OWNED EACH EVENT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS FLAWLESS. WE RECEIVED NUMEROUS KUDOS FROM CUSTOMERS WHO WORKED WITH CRYSTAL OVER THE LAST YEAR, SO HER HER BEING ACCOUNTABLE TO OUR CUSTOMERS WAS REALLY KEY.

POLICE OFFICER RODERICK PAGE IS ONE OF OUR FRONT DESK OFFICERS AT CU AND HE IS THE RECIPIENT OF THE EXCELLENCE AWARD.

OFFICER PAGE IS JUST ONE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES THAT ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS EXPECTED AND HAS RECEIVED MANY COMPLIMENTS FROM BOTH PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF THE DEPARTMENT AND WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT.

HE IS KNOWN FOR HIS WILLINGNESS TO HELP A STRANDED MOTORISTS CHANGE A TIRE ON 114, ASSIST A FELLOW OFFICER, OR JUST BEING A POSITIVE INFLUENCE ON THE TEAM.

AND THEN FINALLY, WE HAVE RECORDS MANAGER MICHELLE DEVOSS FOR WHO WAS SELECTED FOR THE TEAMWORK AWARD.

MICHELLE IS ONE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES.

YOU CAN ALWAYS EXPECT TO JUMP RIGHT IN AND VOLUNTEER TO HELP ON ANY PROJECT OR TASK AND BEYOND. JUST HELPING YOU CAN SEE THROUGH HER WORK THAT SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT OUR PEOPLE, OUR CUSTOMERS IN THE CITY ITSELF.

HER POSITIVITY IS INFECTIOUS AND SHE IS AN ASSET TO ANY TEAM SHE IS ON.

SO WE JUST WANT TO THANK THESE FOUR EMPLOYEES FOR EXHIBITING OUR CITY VALUES OF INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, ACCOUNTABILITY AND TEAMWORK.

YOU REMEMBER A PRESENTATION RECENTLY FROM JARED POTTS ABOUT THE RESULTS OF SOME OF THE WORK THAT THEY DID. BUT THIS TEAM REINVENTED THE WAY PROPERTY NOTIFICATIONS ARE MADE TO RESIDENTS. THEIR WORK HAS RESULTED IN A SIGNIFICANT COST AND TIME SAVINGS AND IMPROVED SERVICE DELIVERY TO OUR RESIDENTS PROVIDES THE PROPERTY OWNER DIRECT ACCESS TO MUCH MORE AND EASIER TO UNDERSTAND INFORMATION REGARDING UPCOMING CASES.

SO CONGRATULATIONS TO THEM FOR TAKING ON SUCH A BIG PROJECT THAT REALLY MADE THINGS A LOT EASIER FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

AND THEN FINALLY, WE HAVE THE SPIRIT OF SOUTHLAKE AWARD.

OUR TEAMS RESPONDED AND WORKED THROUGH THAT VERY DIFFICULT YEAR.

AND WE JUST CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO SELECT ONE EMPLOYEE WHO EXHIBITED ALL OF THE VALUES BECAUSE THE ENTIRE TEAM, SOUTHLAKE, REALLY STEPPED UP AND SERVED THE COMMUNITY WITH DISTINCTION IN THE LAST YEAR.

SO INSTEAD OF GIVING THE AWARD TO AN INDIVIDUAL, WE'VE MADE THE DECISION TO AWARD THE ENTIRE TEAM. AND EVERYONE ON TEAM SOUTHLAKE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS IN 2020.

BUT ONE REASON IS FOR THE WAY IN WHICH HE HANDLES PROJECTS.

ALEX TRULY TAKES OWNERSHIP OF PROJECTS HE'S BEEN ASSIGNED AND HE FOCUSES ON ALWAYS DOING THE RIGHT THINGS FOR BOTH THE CITY AND THE CUSTOMER.

HE IS DEDICATED AND BRINGS A STRONG SENSE OF LEADERSHIP, KNOWLEDGE AND EXCELLENCE TO THE TEAM. AND THEN FINALLY, THAT DOES CONCLUDE OUR INDIVIDUAL AWARD RECOGNITION.

THAT'S FUNNY. SO THESE AWARD RECIPIENTS DEMONSTRATE ONLY A SMALL FRACTION OF THE GOOD WORK ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES DO EACH AND EVERY DAY.

WE SAW VIDEOS THAT OTHER COUNCIL MEMBERS DID WHERE WE SAW FOLKS THAT, AGAIN, I DON'T WANT TO TAKE ALL THE GREAT STORIES HERE, BUT CLIMBING UP TO THE TOP OF A WATER TOWER IN A DRIVING SNOW WITH ICE COVERED STEPS, THAT'S JUST DANGEROUS.

THAT'S THAT'S REAL TIME COMMITMENT TO DO THAT, TO SEE PHYSICALLY HOW MUCH WATER WE HAD IN TANKS SO THAT WE CAN. SO I WON'T GO ON AND ON.

AND JUST HAVING THIS SENSE OF PRIDE THAT KNOWING THAT THINGS LIKELY WERE NOT GOING TO GO GREAT IN OUR HOUSES AS FAR AS PIPES BURSTING, BUT THAT THE CITY WE HAD WOULD PERSEVERE.

AND THAT'S THAT'S EMBLEMATIC OF THE PEOPLE WE HAVE LEADING FROM THIS ROOM AND WORKING FOR YOU ALL. ONE OF THE MY PROUDEST MOMENTS, AND IT CONTINUES TO THIS DAY, CONTINUE TO 4:30 TODAY IS WALKING TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T BEEN DOING ENOUGH WALKING AS MAYOR HILL SAYS, WE'VE ALL GAINED WEIGHT.

WE DID NOT GIVE THEM FALSE PROMISE, BUT WE TOLD THEM THAT THINGS WOULD BE OK BECAUSE WE HAD ALL THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN POSITION TO MAKE SURE THAT WHEN THINGS STARTED TO TURN AROUND, WE WOULD BE RIGHT THERE.

AND YOU'RE TAKING ALL THAT NOISE AND PUSHING IT TO THE SIDE BECAUSE, YOU KNOW, AT THE END OF THE DAY, YOU'RE DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR THE CITIZENS.

I SAT UP HERE ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN OUR CITY.

AND NOW WE'RE HERE TALKING ABOUT THE SUPERHERO EFFORTS OF OUR STAFF IN THE LAST 10 DAYS.

SO LAST YEAR IS FOR YOU, THIS YEAR IS FOR YOU AND ALL OF US ARE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.

THEY THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THEIR FURNACE.

LONG STORY SHORT, AFTER GOING IN WITH SEVERAL LAYERS OF MANAGEMENT, WE FOUND OUT WE HAVE ONE GAS LINE. NOT ONLY DO WE HAVE ONE GAS LINE, IT GOES FROM SIX INCH TO FOUR INCH TO TWO INCH. ALL THE HOUSES IN FRONT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD BECAUSE WE ARE DEAD END.

I REMEMBER WHERE WE ARE, WE ARE DEAD END.

IT WAS DEPLETED, SUCKED DRY BEFORE IT GOT TO US.

MY PARTICULAR HOME SITS FOUR HOUSES IN ABOUT FOUR OR FIVE HOUSES INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

ATMOS TRUCKS STAYS OUT THERE HOOKED IN AND MY HORSE TRAIL IS WHERE THE TOWER IS THAT SENDS THE DATA BACK TO MS. HOME OFFICE IN DALLAS.

ELECTRICITY COMES ON, GAS LOGS DIE.

MY FURNACE, NOTHING.

THERE'S GOING TO BE GROWTH IN THAT AREA NO MATTER WHAT.

SO IF WHAT IS THERE NOW ISN'T ENOUGH, IT'S NOT GOING TO BE ENOUGH BECAUSE I KNOW AT LEAST ONE OR TWO PEOPLE THAT HAD KNOCKED DOWN SMALL HOUSES AND BUILT HUGE HOUSE.

BUT MAYBE THAT'S WHAT'S MADE IT WORSE.

THE UTILITY COMPANY HAS TO STEP IN.

BUT THAT'S NOTHING THAT WE DON'T OWN THOSE LINES.

SO WE WERE ABLE TO DO THAT TO KEEP OUR HOME ABOVE FREEZING.

SO I FEEL LIKE WE'RE THE ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES.

BUT THIS IS MY MAJOR POINT IS LEADING UP TO YOUR GOAL NUMBER TEN.

BUT IT'S NOT JUST THESE THIRTEEN ACRES.

AS YOU KNOW, AS YOU MENTIONED, MAYOR, WE CAN'T IGNORE THAT THERE ARE ALMOST TWENTY ADDITIONAL ACRES SCATTERED THROUGHOUT HARBOR OAKS THAT POSSIBLY BE DEVELOPED.

SO UNDERSTANDING THE DETAILS, I GOT SOME REAL SIMPLE MATH AND I THINK IT JUST HELPS YOU VISUALIZE. SO VERY CONSERVATIVELY THESE EIGHT NEW HOMES COULD BE SIX THOUSAND SQUARE FEET EACH. SO MAYBE THAT EQUALS FIFTY THOUSAND SQUARE FEET.

CONCEIVABLY, WITH ONE ACRE MINIMUMS FOR NEW HOME DEVELOPMENT, THERE COULD EVENTUALLY BE TWENTY ADDITIONAL HOMES ON TOP OF THAT.

SO IT'S SIX THOUSAND EACH.

THAT'S ANOTHER ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND SQUARE FEET PLUS THE FIFTY.

WE'VE GOT ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND FEET OF NEW DEVELOPMENT IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

NOW, IF THE EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE CANNOT SUSTAIN EXISTING HOMES, HOW IS IT GOING TO FACILITATE ANOTHER ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY THOUSAND SQUARE FEET? APPROXIMATELY.

LIKE THE MARK IS ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE THOUSAND SQUARE FEET.

I KNOW YOU WOULD NOT BUILD IT AT THE END OF A DEPLETING GAS AND WATER LINE.

THERE'S ONLY BEEN ONE MINOR CHANGE SINCE THE FIRST READING.

WE'VE ADDED A STATEMENT IN SECTION 34 THAT JUST STATES THAT ANY ACCESSORY BUILDINGS WHICH HAVE SOLAR PANELS GO ON, STILL HAVE TO MEET THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS AND THE SETBACKS.
