THE PROPERTY ADDRESS IS TWENTY THREE CROOKED LANE, BUT THIS FACILITY WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE ITS ENTRANCE TO AND FROM THE PROPERTY OFF OF DEAN WAY.

SO WHAT WE'RE LOOKING TO DO IS GOING TO A TURF RELATED FACILITY.

IT WILL REACH OUR FOCUS IS GOING TO BE ANYTHING RELATED TO BASEBALL, FOOTBALL, GOLF, FLAG FOOTBALL, DRILL TEAM AND CHEER TEAMS, LACROSSE, SOCCER, VOLLEYBALL, SOFTBALL AND FIELD HOCKEY. SO ANYBODY WHO WOULD NEED OR WANT THE SPACE FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAINING, COACHES, CLINICS, THE SPACE WILL BE ABLE TO BE DIVIDED UP INTO DIFFERENT FIELD SIZES.

YOU'LL BE ABLE TO RENT THE FIELD BY THE HOUR, THE SECTION BY THE HOUR, AND THEN WE'LL ALSO OFFER OTHER TYPES OF SUPPORT SERVICES AS WELL.

WITH A MULTISPORT STORE, WE WILL HAVE A CONCESSION STAND.

THE RESTROOMS REALLY JUST A FIRST CLASS FACILITY.

YOU'LL SEE THAT DRAGON STADIUM IS ON THE THE EAST SIDE TO THE WEST AND TO THE SOUTH ARE LEGENDS. KIMBALL RUNS ON THE WEST HAND SIDE, CROOKED LANE ON THE NORTH SIDE AND DEAN WAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE.

SO DEAN WAY IS WHERE WE'RE PROPOSING.

WE ACTUALLY WENT TO THE CORRIDOR PLANNING COMMITTEE AND WE SPOKE ABOUT THIS INITIALLY AND THEY PROPOSED THAT WE ACTUALLY MAKE THE ENTRANCE, CONSIDER IT BEING DEAN WAY.

WE REACHED OUT TO OUR NEIGHBOR, LARRY MARSHALL, WHO IS ACTUALLY HERE THIS EVENING, AND WE SPOKE TO HIM ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT'S ACTUALLY HIS LAND.

AND WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH HIM FOR QUITE A WHILE AND HE'S IN SUPPORT OF THAT.

AND THE THE FACILITY, AS YOU CAN SEE, THE WHITE COVERING AREA, THAT WOULD BE THE INDOOR PORTION AND THE GREEN FIELD WOULD BE THE OUTDOOR.

THE YELLOW WOULD BE WHERE WE WOULD ENTER THE FACILITY.

THIS SPORT STORE TO BE TO THE EAST OF THAT AS YOU COME DOWN.

AND THEN YOU WOULD COME TO THE CONCESSIONS AND RESTROOM AREA AND THEN ON THE SOUTH END OF IT, WE WOULD HAVE BATTING CAGES, WE WOULD HAVE AN EQUIPMENT STORAGE AREA AND A TURF TRAINING WALL AREA.

THE INDOOR FACILITY WILL ACTUALLY HAVE TO DROP NETS.

WE WILL FOCUS ON ANY SPORTS THAT ARE HARD RELATED BALL SPORTS ON ONE END OF THE FIELD, SOFT RELATED BALL SPORTS ON THE OTHER END OF THE FIELD.

THE FACILITY ITSELF WILL HAVE WE'RE LOOKING AT LED DIRECTIONAL LIGHTING THAT COMES STRAIGHT DOWN ONTO THE FIELD.

THE PARKING LOT ITSELF WILL BE LED FOCUS DOWN DIRECTIONAL LIGHTING.

AND YOU'LL ALSO SEE THAT THERE IS A FIRE EMERGENCY EXIT THAT WOULD BE CONNECTED TO DRAGON STADIUM. SO THAT WOULD ALLOW THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO BE ABLE TO OPEN THAT UP SHOULD THEY EVER NEED TO ACCESS IT THROUGH THE PARKING LOT AND NOT AT CROOKED LANE OR THROUGH DEAN WAY, WHATEVER THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, THE EMERGENCY EXIT IS NEEDED.

CROOKED LANE RIGHT NOW IS CURRENTLY WHERE THE THE ENTRANCE INTO THE LOT TAKES PLACE.

BUT THAT, AGAIN, ALSO BECOMES FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY.

IT WOULDN'T BE A NORMAL USE.

SO ALL THE TRAFFIC WOULD RUN THROUGH DEAN WAY, ON THE NEXT ONE.

THIS JUST GIVES YOU A LITTLE BIT CLOSER FOOTPRINT OF THE FACILITY, WE'RE EXCITED IN THE FUTURE TO REVEAL SOME OF THE THINGS THE CONCEPTS ARE WORKING ON FOR THE INDOOR FIELD AND FOR THE OUTDOOR. BUT IN THE SPORTS AREAS, THOSE ARE, YOU KNOW, THE THE THE GENERAL CATEGORIES THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE FOCUSED ON.

THE INDOOR FIELD WILL BE ABOUT 86 YARDS IN LENGTH.

FORTY EIGHT YARDS WIDE.

THE OUTDOOR FIELD WILL BE AROUND 220 FEET OR 73 YARDS LONG AND 42 YARDS WIDE.

AND YOU CAN SEE REALLY SIMILAR TO WHAT I JUST MENTIONED A MINUTE AGO, KIND OF THE FOOTPRINT OF THE FACILITY.

THIS IS WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE SCHEMATICALLY FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE FACILITY, THE THE BUILDING WILL HAVE ROLL UP DOORS ALL THE WAY AROUND.

WE'LL HAVE THREE ROLL UP DOORS ON THE ON EACH SIDE.

AND THEN ON THE END CAPS WILL HAVE TWO SEPARATE ROLL UP DOORS.

THEN WE'LL HAVE THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOORS.

BUT THIS GIVES YOU KIND OF AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT ONE OF THESE FACILITIES LOOKS LIKE FROM THE INSIDE. OURS WILL BE SIMILAR IN NATURE, BUT IT'LL HAVE MORE SPECIFICS RELATED TO IT.

WE WILL MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE ACTUALLY WE'RE GONNA OFFER FULL WALK AROUND THIS WHOLE FACILITIES SO THAT PARENTS, FAMILIES, KIDS CAN ACCESS THE FIELD FROM DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS, WE'LL HAVE VIEWING BLEACHERS THAT PEOPLE CAN SIT ON.

THE FIELDS WILL ALL BE MARKED FOR MULTIPLE DIFFERENT SPORTS, FOR TRAINING PURPOSES.

AND THEN, OF COURSE, THE TWO DROP DOWN NETS THAT SO WE CAN DIVIDE UP THE FIELD AS WELL.

WE'RE LOOKING AT ONE END OF THE INDOOR TO HAVE TWO 60 FOOT.

WE'RE EVERYTHING FROM EMERALD BELL'S VARSITY, GOLF, SOCCER, BASEBALL, DAZZLERS, I MEAN, YOU NAME IT, OUR WHOLE FAMILY COVERS KIND OF ALL THE ALL THE EVENTS ACROSS THE BOARD IN SOUTHLAKE. SO THIS WILL BE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED AND WE'RE SUPER EXCITED ABOUT.

IT'S A CONCEPT THAT'S BEEN IN MY MIND FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.

AND WHEN THIS OPPORTUNITY CAME TOGETHER, IT JUST SEEMED LIKE IT MADE SENSE.

WE DIDN'T DO ANY BIG SOCIAL GATHERING, BUT THERE WAS A 15 MINUTE FIREWORK AT BICENTENNIAL PARK AROUND WHEN DIWALIFEST WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN IN TOWN SQUARE.

SO SOME OF THE LAST YEAR HIGHLIGHTS OF DIWALIFEST.

WE FIRST YEAR, WE DID IT IN RUSTIN PAVILION, REALLY SMALL, JUST IN FRONT OF RUSTIN PAVILION, BUT WAS TAKEN VERY WELL.

A LOT OF KIDS PARTICIPATED.

A LOT OF ADULTS PARTICIPATED IN THE CULTURAL PROGRAMS THAT RAN FOR A FEW HOURS.

THAT GAVE US, OF COURSE, WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE CITY, GIVE US THE MOTIVATION TO DO IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR. IT WAS NEXT YEAR WE DID RUSTIN PAVILION, IN THE PARK, IN FRONT OF IT AND WAS TAKEN VERY WELL.

PARTICIPATION WAS GOOD.

WE HAD SOME STALLS THERE FOR DIFFERENT VENDORS, FEW FOOD VENDORS, YOU KNOW, BEING TOWN SQUARE PEOPLE COME AND GO, BUT EVERYONE WAS ABLE TO ENJOY THE FOOD AND CULTURE THERE AND ESPECIALLY THE PERFORMANCES OVER 450 KIDS PARTICIPATED AND CLOSE TO I DON'T HAVE EXACT COUNT, BUT A NUMBER OF ADULTS PARTICIPATED IN THE CULTURAL PROGRAMS THAT HAPPENED FROM SOUTHLAKE. THE EVENT IS RESERVED ONLY FOR SOUTHLAKE.

SO WE ONLY TAKE PARTICIPANTS FROM SOUTHLAKE FOR THESE CULTURAL PROGRAMS AND EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN. AND LAST YEAR WE WERE WE WERE PLANNING BIG BUT COVID HIT.

AND ALL WE DID WAS HUGE FIREWORKS, WAS VERY EMOTIONAL, 15 MINUTES OF FIREWORKS AND EVERYBODY ENJOYED IT.
