THE SIGN THAT WE PREVIOUSLY PROVED TO BE CENTERED HERE ON THE BACK OF THE BUILDING.

WE'RE ASKING THAT IT BE MOVED THIS DIRECTION TO BE CLOSER TO 114 SO THAT IT HAS A BETTER RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS SIGN HERE THAT SAYS FILMS, LANES, GAMES.

IT HELPS TO TIE THE BRAND AND WITH WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE BUILDING.

THEN THE OTHER MOCK VARIANTS ARE REQUESTING IS PREVIOUSLY THERE WAS A LARGE VIDEO WALL THAT WAS APPROVED FOR THIS SINGLE WALL HERE.

WE'RE LOOKING TO HAVE SMALLER VIDEO WALL HERE AND THEN A SERIES OF SCREENS HERE TO PROVIDE MORE VARIETY OF DISPLAY ON THE PATIO.

WE WILL STILL HAVE ONE LARGER SCREEN HERE THAT FACES THE ENTRY IN A SERIES OF SMALLER DISPLAYS THAT RELATE TO THE DIFFERENT SEATING AND DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES THAT ARE GOING ON. HERE AT THE ENTRY.

THIS IS MORE OF A SCENARIO, A VERY SIMILAR LOUNGE HANGOUT.

THIS SIGN IS A LITTLE MORE FACING 114 AS YOU COME DOWN ON THE APPROACH.

THAT'S THE PURPOSE OF THIS SIGN.

REALLY BRINGING IT OVER TO HERE IS JUST TO TIE IT IN WITH OUR BYLINE OF FILMS, LANES, GAMES.

WE WANTED THESE TWO SIGNS TO WORK TOGETHER TO GIVE YOU.

THE REASON THAT'S BEING MOVED DOWN CLOSER TO 114 IS BECAUSE OF A STRUCTURAL ISSUE. DID I UNDERSTAND THAT RIGHT? WE'RE MOVING IT SO THAT IT HAS MORE OF A RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS, THE FILM'S LANES GAMES SIGN, WHICH IS RIGHT HERE.

I THOUGHT I HEARD SOMEWHERE THAT THERE WAS A STRUCTURAL ISSUE WITH THE [OVERLAPPING].

I BELIEVED THE SIGN INSPECTOR INDICATED, BUT IF THAT'S NOT CORRECT, I WOULD CORRECT MY EARLIER STATEMENT.

WE HAVE THAT ABILITY TO SUPPORT THE SIGN IN ITS APPROVED POSITION.

WE ADD STEEL TUBES AND WE CAN SUPPORT IT.

THE PREVIOUS HEARKEN SIGN ONLY THERE WAS JUST ONE BAND, SO HAVING TO ADD SOME ADDITIONAL BANDS TO SUPPORT IT.

BUT WE CAN'T DO THAT.

WE JUST FELT LIKE MOVING IT TO THIS POSITION, GAVE IT A BETTER RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OTHER SIGNAGE, AND REALLY HELPED IT ADDRESS THE FREEWAY ON THAT APPROACH BETTER.

IS IT THE SAME SIZE AS WHAT WAS APPROVED FOR THAT PREVIOUS LOCATION? YEAH, WE'RE NOT PROPOSING TO ENLARGE THIS SIGN BEYOND WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED.

WE'RE ONLY PROPOSING TO MOVE IT ONTO THIS WALL AS OPPOSED TO ONTO THE STRUCTURE. [NOISE] HOW BIG IS IT RELATIVE TO THE ONE THAT COMMISSIONER DYKE POINTED OUT? I BELIEVE THEY'RE THE SAME SIZE.

THIS SIGN AND THIS SIGN THEY ARE THE SAME SIZE SIGN, THERE JUST ON DIFFERENT ELEVATIONS.

WELL, GIVEN COMMISSIONER DYKE'S COMMENTS, I SHARED A SIMILAR THOUGHT PROCESS.

BUT MY FURTHER CONCERN IS THAT THERE'S FUTURE PHASES POTENTIALLY OF THE BROWNSTONES ACROSS THE STREET AND THAT THIS SIGN WILL BE RIGHT IN THEIR FRONT LIVING ROOM BECAUSE WE FACING RIGHT TOWARDS THEM.

[NOISE] I WAS GOING TO ASK A QUESTION ALONG THOSE LINES TOO.

I GUESS IT'S PREVIOUSLY APPROVED.

IT'S STILL ON THE SAME ELEVATION FACING THAT DIRECTION IS APPROVED.

I THINK WHAT COMMISSIONER WAS REFERRING TO WAS THE POTENTIAL FOR BUILDING ADDITIONAL BROWNSTONES ON THE GROUND THAT IS CURRENTLY UNDEVELOPED.

THEN IT'S GOING TO EITHER BE IN THE BROWNSTONE SPACE OR POTENTIALLY NOT EVEN VISIBLE.

YOU'RE REFERRING TO FUTURE DEVELOPMENT ON THIS PLOT. IS THAT CORRECT? YES, I AM.

PROPOSING TO MOVE FROM HERE [OVERLAPPING] AS THAT DEVELOPS AND I THINK THIS IS A COMMISSIONER'S POINT, IT'S GOING TO BE RIGHT IN THE EYES, RIGHT IN THE FACE OF THE BROWNSTONES THAT ARE THERE.

BUT MY OTHER COMMENT WOULD BE, THAT'S ONE ISSUE.

THE SECOND ISSUE IS AS THAT'S DEVELOPED, IT'S GOING TO HIDE THAT SIGN.

I GUESS PIGGYBACKING OFF COMMISSIONER DYKE'S COMMENT, I THINK IF THE SIGN ON THE SIDE WERE SMALLER, I COULD SEE IT MOVING ONE THAT BOLD IN THAT CLOSER PROXIMITY TO THE ONE ON THE NORTH SIDE, I'M HAVING A HARD TIME WITH THAT.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS ADD ON THE TVS.

IF IT GETS BLOCKED EVENTUALLY BY FUTURE DEVELOPMENT, THEN IT IS.
