WE'RE PROPOSING A ALL WHITE STONE BUILDING WITH A BRONZE METAL ROOF AND ALL MEDICAL, AGAIN, WITH ALL THE APPROPRIATE REQUIRED PARKING AND APPROPRIATE LANDSCAPING. ALSO, WE PLAN TO START CONSTRUCTION ON THIS SOMETIME IN JUNE-JULY AND COMPLETE ABOUT THIS TIME NEXT YEAR.

ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS. WE WOULD MAKE UPGRADES TO THE LOBBY, UPGRADES TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING TO MAKE IT NOT ONLY BRING IT UP TO CODE WITHIN THE CITY, WE'D ADD MORE FOLIAGE ON THE PROPERTY, BOTH AS ESTHETIC ENHANCEMENT, BUT ALSO AS NOISE REDUCTION.

THE EXISTING SITE PLAN IS SEEN ABOVE AND THEN BELOW, THE EXPECTATION WOULD BE THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING FULL SERVICE AWNING TO ALLOW FOR MAN-PAY STATIONS WHERE WE WOULD HAVE SALES ADVISORS THAT SELL YOU WASHES OR DETAIL SERVICES, BUT WE WOULD USE THE ADJACENT OR PART OF OUR EXISTING PARCEL THAT IS CURRENTLY UNDEVELOPED TO ADD SELF SERVICE VACUUMS TO BENEFIT THE CUSTOMERS IN SOUTHLAKE.

ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE'D LIKE TO SHOW IS--.

ONE OF THE BIG CONCERNS THAT WE'VE BEEN MADE AWARE OF IS THE POTENTIAL NOISE POLLUTION CREATED BY THE SITE AS WELL AS--.

AND SO THAT BEING A CONCERN OF OF CITIZENS IN SOUTHLAKE, WE WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT HERE THAT A NEW VACUUM PRODUCER AND SYSTEM IS ACTUALLY QUIETER THAN YOUR HOUSEHOLD VACUUM THAT YOU WOULD USE TO VACUUM YOUR CARPETS.

IN ADDITION TO THAT, LIKE I MENTIONED, WE'D BE PUTTING IN TREES AND FOLIAGE ALONG THE SOUTH BORDER OF THE PROPERTY THAT WOULD REDUCE THE NOISE TO--.

THERE IS A NEARBY RESIDENT AS WELL AS A COUPLE OF OTHER SMALL COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, THIS WOULD REDUCE THAT NOISE LEVEL DRAMATICALLY.

THE EXISTING EQUIPMENT AND MOST OF IT IS ORIGINAL AND THE TECHNOLOGY OBVIOUSLY HAS IMPROVED TO MAKE IT A MORE EFFICIENT, QUIETER PROPERTY, AND THAT IS ULTIMATELY OUR GOAL.

WE WANT TO MODERNIZE THIS PROPERTY.

WE WANT TO MAKE IT SO THAT THE CITIZENS OF SOUTHLAKE AREN'T GOING TO VISIT OUR SITE IN ROANOKE, THEY'RE STAYING IN SOUTHLAKE TO DO BUSINESS.

AND THAT'S IMPORTANT TO US.

WE WANT TO CONTINUE TO GROW WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AND WITHIN DFW.

AND WE ARE CURRENTLY THE LARGEST FULL SERVICE CAR WASH BRAND IN DFW, AND WE WANT TO KEEP GROWING. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I'M OPEN TO QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS.

SO BEFORE WE GO INTO THE SLIDE SHOW, SO WE'RE A MOBILE VETERINARY CLINIC THAT'S CURRENTLY LOCATED IN SOUTHLAKE.

WE SERVE SOUTHLAKE, WESTLAKE, TROPHY CLUB, COLLEYVILLE, AND CURRENTLY WE'RE COMPLETELY MOBILE. WE'RE LOOKING TO EXPAND THAT INTO A CONVENTIONAL BRICK AND MORTAR BUILDING.

WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH PLANNING AND ZONING AND HAD SOME QUESTIONS RAISED ABOUT THE LOCATION BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME PLANNED ROAD CHANGES UPCOMING IN THE NEXT YEAR OR TWO.

SO SOME OF THE IMAGES THAT WE'RE GOING TO SHOW IS GOING TO REFLECT THAT AS WELL.

SO LOCAL SURROUNDING AREA WITH VET CLINICS, YOU CAN BARELY SEE IT, BUT THERE'S A LITTLE YELLOW BLOB IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MAP THERE WHERE IT'S LOCATED AT THE CONTINENTAL IN BROMLEY. SO AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE IMAGE SHOWN, THERE ARE NO VET CLINICS THAT ARE IMMEDIATELY CLOSE BY.

THE CLOSEST ONE IS ABOUT 2.2 MILES AWAY, WHICH IS NOT IN SOUTHLAKE.

IT'S ACTUALLY IN COLLEYVILLE.

IT'S BOULEVARD ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

ONE OF THE THINGS THAT DR.

ASHLEY IS PROUD OF AS WELL AS MYSELF IS THAT WE ARE STILL PRIVATELY OWNED.

THERE ARE SEVERAL CLINICS THAT ARE NO LONGER PRIVATELY OWNED IN SOUTHLAKE.

MOST OF THEM HAVE BEEN BOUGHT OUT BY PRIVATE EQUITY GROUPS OR BY LARGER CORPORATIONS.

SO WE ARE WANTING TO BRING A LOCALLY OWNED VET CLINIC TO THIS AREA AS WELL.

THE BUILDING DESIGN.

WE HAVE NOT FINALIZED THAT YET.

OBVIOUSLY, WANT TO GET A LITTLE BIT FURTHER DOWN ON THE PROCESS BEFORE WE LAND ON THAT, BUT THIS IS KIND OF THE DESIGN THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT, THE COLOR BEING WHITE ON THE OUTSIDE, BLACK ROOFTOPS AND SO FORTH.

SO SOMETHING SIMILAR TO THIS IS WHAT WE'RE ANTICIPATING.

SO THIS IS THE PROPOSED BUILDING WITH THE EXPANDED ROADWAY.

CURRENTLY, OUR UNDERSTANDING FROM THE MASTER PLAN IS THAT BRUMLOW WILL BECOME A FOUR LANE INTERCHANGE. AGAIN, I'VE BEEN MEETING WITH PLANNING AND ZONING AND TRYING TO SEE WHAT THAT WOULD LOOK LIKE AND HOW THE BUILDING WOULD SIT ON THAT PROPERTY WITH WHAT THE CURRENT LOT IS SET TO WHICH IF YOU CAN SEE THE BLACK LINES ON THAT LOT IS THE ACTUAL WHAT'S DESIGNATED AS PART OF THE PROPERTY.

IT DOES PASS INTO THE ROADWAY SOME, AS YOU CAN TELL.

SO WE'VE HAD TO ADJUST THE BUILDING OVER TO ACCOMMODATE THAT.

BUT THIS [INAUDIBLE] A TWO LANE ROUNDABOUT VERSUS THE ONE LANE THAT'S THERE TODAY WITH FOUR LANES GOING INTO BRUMLOW AND THEN MEETING UP WITH [INAUDIBLE] THE WAY THAT IT IS AS WELL TODAY.

THE BUILDING WOULD BE ROUGHLY ABOUT 5000 SQUARE FOOT TO 6000 SQUARE FOOT.

THE BUILDING JUST SOUTH OF THE MAIN BUILDING WOULD BE FOR OUR MOBILE VANS TO PARK THOSE AND THEY WOULD FACE AWAY FROM BRUMLOW SO THAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING AT A GARAGE DOOR AS YOU'RE DRIVING UP. DEFINITELY WANT TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WITH THE ESTHETICS LOOK LIKE.

WE'LL HAVE TREES AND SO FORTH TO ALSO HELP OUT WITH THE VIEW AND OTHER FOLIAGE.

THE DRIVEWAY WOULD MAKE USE OF THE EXISTING SIDE ROAD THAT'S THERE.

SO IF YOU'RE FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA, OLD BRUMLOW KIND OF DOVETAILS OFF.
