THIS IS A PROPOSAL TO ADD 12 CHARGING SPACES AT THE WESTIN HOTEL LOCATED AT 1200 EAST STATE HIGHWAY 114.

THE LAND USE DESIGNATION ON THE PROPERTY IS MIXED USE AND THE ZONING ON THE PROPERTY IS SP1 DETAILED SITE PLAN DISTRICT ALLOWING FOR HOTEL THAT'S PRESENTLY THERE.

THIS IS AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH OF THE PROPERTY.

AND THIS IS A PROPOSAL SHOWING GENERAL LOCATION OF THE CHARGING SPACES AND A MORE DETAILED EXHIBIT OF THAT.

THERE'S ACTUALLY SIX INDIVIDUAL UNITS THAT WOULD ALLOW FOR TWO SPACES, ONE ON EACH SIDE OF THE UNIT TO BE USED FOR CHARGING OF THE VEHICLE.

A DETAIL OF THE CHARGING UNIT IS IN THE MIDDLE LOWER PART OF THE SCREEN, AND THERE'S A SLIGHTLY LARGER VIEW.

THIS IS LOCATED TOWARDS THE SOUTHERN TIER OF PARKING DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE HOTEL BUILDING.

LOWER LEFT SHOWS THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE THAT WOULD BE PUT IN PLACE, AND THOSE VARIOUS SIGNS WOULD BE AT THE NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN ENDS OF THE TIER OF CHARGING SPOTS.

I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE ELECTRICAL HAS ALREADY BEEN ROUGHED IN TO THESE LOCATIONS IN ANTICIPATION THAT THESE PARKING STATIONS WOULD BE ADDED AT SOME POINT IN THE FUTURE.

AND SO THIS IS WHERE THE OWNER WOULD PREFER TO PLACE THEM.
