WE'RE TRYING TO CREATE A SAFER STREET EDGE FOR PEDESTRIANS THERE.

ANTICIPATE CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN IN AUGUST AND WRAP UP LATER THIS FALL.

THERE WILL ALSO BE A SMALL PREP KITCHEN.
