AND SO THERE'S TWO EXISTING SMALL BACKSTOPS IN THIS AREA, AND THEY'RE BEING RELOCATED JUST RIGHT ACROSS THE PARKING LOT DRIVE BEHIND JERSEY MIKE'S ANOTHER BROKEN EGG, THAT OPEN SPACE AREA THERE.

OKAY, SO IT'LL TURN OUT THOSE FIELDS WILL WILL GET AN UPGRADE AND RELOCATION.

DO YOU FORESEE POTENTIALLY ANY KIND OF PARKING CONFLICTS HERE IN TERMS OF MAYBE, IF AT ALL? AT THE SAME TIME, YOU HAVE ACTIVITY ON THE BASEBALL FIELDS, PICKLEBALL AND THE TENNIS AREA.

I MEAN, WHAT'S IT LIKE AROUND THERE NOW? SO ONE OF THE REASONS WHY THE ENTRANCE IS ON THE BOTTOM LEFT OF YOUR SCREEN IS FROM THERE ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT, TOWARDS THE EAST, AND THEN GOING NORTH, THERE'S ABOUT 100 SPACES, PARKING SPACES THAT THE TENNIS CENTER USES HEAVILY, PARTICULARLY DURING THE WEEKDAYS, IN THE MORNINGS FOR ALL THE DIFFERENT LEAGUES THAT ARE GOING ON.

SO WE DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE PICKLEBALL PLAYERS AND THE TENNIS FOLKS.

SO THIS WILL BE UTILIZED QUITE HEAVILY IN THE MORNINGS, THROUGHOUT THE WEEK, IF IT'S NOT HOT IN THE AFTERNOONS AND WE UTILIZED WE DO COORDINATE WITH THE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION.

OF COURSE, THE TENNIS CENTER IS A CITY FACILITY.

SO AND OBVIOUSLY THE MARK SO IF THERE'S ANY MAJOR EVENTS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT THAT WOULD CAUSE ANY PARKING ISSUES, WE'RE IN IN CONTROL OF ALL OF THAT IN TERMS OF THE SCHEDULING.

BUT TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, YES, I WOULD IMAGINE ON SATURDAY MORNINGS, DURING BASEBALL SEASON, AND IF TENNIS IS GOING ON AND IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE PARK, THERE COULD BE THE PARKING LOT WILL DEFINITELY BE FULL.

BUT WE HAVE PLENTY OF PARKING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PARK.

YOU JUST MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PARK RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE ENTRANCE.

IT'S THE SAME SIZE.

IT LOOKS LARGER, BUT IT'S AN OFFICIAL PICKLEBALL SIZED COURT THAT'S PROBABLY GOING TO BE ONE OF THE MORE POPULAR COURTS FOR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO RENT IT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

SO IT WAS JUST MEANT TO TRY TO GIVE THIS FACILITY AN UPGRADE AND A LEG UP ON SOME OF THE OTHER FACILITIES IN THE METROPLEX AND THE OTHER BUILDING, THE ONE THAT HAS THE BATHROOMS AND ALL.

DOES IT HAVE OTHER USES? IS THAT LIKE EQUIPMENT STORAGE IS GOING TO HAVE CONCESSIONS, ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

SO THE BUILDING DOWN HERE, THIS IS ALL RESTROOM.

AND THEN TO THE LEFT OF THIS IS A SMALL OFFICE.

THE ZONING ON THE PROPERTY IS DOWNTOWN DISTRICT AND THIS IS AN AERIAL VIEW OF THE SITE.

THIS IS A SIDE EXHIBIT FOR THE EVENT.

THEY WOULD BE CLOSING OFF FOUNTAIN PLACE AND A PORTION OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN STATE STREET AND GRAND AVENUE AND THEN WOULD BE BLOCKING OFF THE PARKING SPACES DIRECTLY ADJACENT ON BOTH THE EAST AND AND WEST SIDE OF THE FAMILY PARK AREA. THESE WOULD BE FOR FOOD TRUCKS.

THE SCOPE AND SIZE OF THIS EVENT, BASED ON ITS ATTENDANCE, FELL UNDER THE ACCESSORY MASS GATHERING PROVISION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, WHICH IS TYPICALLY ATTENDANCE GREATER THAN 300, BUT LESS THAN 1000.

AND THEY WORKED WITH OUR COMMUNITY SERVICES PARKS TO COORDINATE THE THE EVENT.
