AND MR. CHAIRMAN, I MOVE THAT WE APPROVE CASE NUMBER ZA 22-0041 SUBJECT TO THE STAFF REPORT DATED SEPTEMBER 16TH, 2022 AND PLAT REVIEW SUMMARY NUMBER ONE DATED SEPTEMBER 16TH, 2022, IN APPROVING THE VARIANCE WITH A REQUEST THAT THE SIDEWALK BE BUILT.
MOTION. THAT WOULD BE I'M SORRY, THAT WOULD BE NOT APPROVING THE VARIANCE.
SO WE'RE NOT APPROVING THE VARIANCE.
SO NOT APPROVING THE VARIANCE, THEREFORE THE SIDEWALK WILL BE REQUIRED.
