AGAIN, WE HEARD A PRESENTATION ON THIS IN OUR WORK SESSION.AND DENNIS, I THINK MAYBE IT'S FAIR TO DESCRIBE THIS REQUEST AS SOMETHING THAT POTENTIALLY KIND OF SLIPPED THROUGH THE PROCESS THAT WAS INCONSISTENT WITH THE FIRST BUILDING APPROVAL.
AND THE GOAL HERE IS A REQUEST JUST TO SQUARE THAT UP TO MAKE IT CONSISTENT WITH THE FIRST BUILDING.
THE SIGNAGE ON THE SECOND BUILDING TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE SIGNAGE ON THE FIRST BUILDING.
THAT IS CORRECT, MR. CHAIRMAN. WHAT YOU SEE ON THIS SLIDE IS THE FIRST MASTER SIGN PLAN THAT WAS APPROVED THIS PAST YEAR FOR GRANITE, THE GRANITE TWO BUILDING. THE INTENT OF THESE WAS TO PROVIDE CONSISTENCY BETWEEN GRANITE ONE AND GRANITE TWO.
THIS PROPOSAL WOULD REMOVE THAT AND THEN LIKEWISE INCREASE THE PERMITTED LOWER FLOOR SIGN HEIGHTS FROM WHAT WAS CURRENTLY TWO FEET TO TWO AND A HALF FEET, WHICH IS CONSISTENT WITH GRANITE PLACE ONE.
