THE OWNERS JUST RECENTLY ENGAGED ME TO BUILD THEIR HOME ON THIS LOT, AND THEY'RE OUT OF TOWN THIS EVENING.

SO THEY ASKED ME TO COME AND STAND IN AND FACE THE MUSIC.

WELL, HERE WE'LL SEE IF THERE'S ANY QUESTIONS.

BUT I GUESS IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO SAY, ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS FOR THE APPLICANT? WELL, I WAS KIND OF LOOKING AROUND, DRIVING THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD THERE, AND IT SEEMS LIKE THIS IS GOING TO BE A LITTLE BIT UNIQUE AS FAR AS BEING CLOSER TO THE ROAD THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN HERE.
