IT'S FARTHER BACK FROM THE FREEWAY.

I THINK IT BEHOOVES US ALL THAT IT HAS TENANTS THAT ARE OPEN AND PROFITABLE VERSUS BEING VACANT.

SO I TEND TO BE A LITTLE GLASS HALF FULL ON THESE.

BUT IF PEOPLE WANT TO SEE MAYBE A SMALLER VERSION, AN OPTION FOR COUNCIL, I GUESS WE COULD BE OPEN TO THAT.

BUT I'M FINE. WELL, I FEEL IT FITS THE SPACE VERY NICELY FROM A SYMMETRY AND NOT DEAD SPACE, SO. IT'S FUNNY HOW LIKE LOW VISIBILITY IT IS.

I SHOULDN'T SAY ALL THAT OUT LOUD, BUT I LITERALLY DRIVE PAST IT EVERY DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES, AND I DON'T THINK I'VE EVER LOOKED AT IT.

WE ARE A DESTINATION ORIENTED RETAILER.

IT'S IMPERATIVE THAT OUR PATRONS CAN SEE US AND FIND US, AND THAT'S KIND OF GAZING THROUGH THE TREES ALONG THE FRONTAGE ROAD OF 114. THE THING THAT THAT HOW I KIND OF CAME UP WITH THIS.

WE THE LANDLORD APPROVED THIS SIGN LAYOUT PRIOR TO US EXECUTING A LEASE BACK IN DECEMBER.

AND THE WAY WE GOT THERE, IF YOU KIND OF REALLY TAKE A LOOK AT THE LINEAR FRONTAGE OF OUR SPACE.

WE WERE REALLY THE THIRD LARGEST STOREFRONT IN THAT SHOPPING CENTER OUTSIDE OF KOHL'S.

BED, BATH AND BEYOND IS CLOSED AND TJ MAXX ON THE OTHER SIDE ARE BOTH ABOUT 150 LINEAR FEET IN FRONTAGE.

WE'RE RIGHT AT 140FT IN LINEAR FRONTAGE, AND THAT'S REALLY ABOUT PLUS OR MINUS SIX INCHES TO A FOOT THE SAME SIZE AS THE BUY BUY BABY. SO WE DID KIND OF SCALE THIS IN RELATION TO HOW MUCH STOREFRONT WE ACTUALLY HAVE BEING SET BACK ABOUT 350FT FROM THE ROADWAY.

WE WANTED SOMETHING THAT WAS KIND OF VISIBLE TO ATTRACT A PATRON INTO THE SHOPPING CENTER.

SO THAT WAS KIND OF THE THOUGHT PROCESS AND THE GAME PLAN.

UM, JUST AS A SIDE NOTE SHOWING MY AGE IS A COMPANY I USED TO WORK FOR.

WE USED TO OWN THE SHOPPING CENTER BEFORE CAT REALTY BOUGHT IT.

WE, I WORKED FOR KIMCO REALTY.

I RAN THEIR SOUTHWEST PORTION OF THE UNITED STATES, AND WE CO-DEVELOPED THAT WITH MIKE BARNETT WAY BACK WHEN.

SO I'M VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE PROPERTY.

I LIKE THE WAY YOU REFERRED TO IT AS DESTINATION ORIENTED.

THAT'S A VERY, VERY NTHOUGHTFUL WAY OF SAYING WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY.

SO YOU SAID IT MUCH BETTER.
