SO WE HAD AN INDEPENDENT STUDY DONE BY OUR SUPPRESSION COMPANY, AND THEY THEY BASICALLY SAID THAT THAT TWO INCH IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE FOR SUPPRESSION AND THE DOMESTIC LINE TO, TAKE CARE OF THE RESIDENTS.
ANY OTHER QUESTIONS FOR THE APPLICANT? YES. SO THE STUDY WAS SPECIFIC TO THE SITE BEING BUILT.

WE'RE ALSO HAVE PLANS TO PUT IN A PRIVATE WATER WELL FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSES ONLY, BUT THE TWO INCH WAS ADEQUATE FOR DOMESTIC AND FIRE SUPPRESSION. YOU'RE PROBABLY FAMILIAR WITH THIS, BUT MANY OF THESE HOMES AROUND HERE, ESPECIALLY THE LARGER LOTS, WHEN THEY SELL, THEY OBVIOUSLY, YOU KNOW, RENOVATE OR TEAR DOWN AND DO SOMETHING MUCH LARGER.
IN THE REPORT IS THERE ANYTHING THAT TALKS ABOUT CAPACITY LEFT OVER CAPACITY AS SOME OF THESE OTHER TRACKS AND SOME OF THE OLDER HOMES, IF THEY ARE TAKEN DOWN AND THEY'RE REPLACED WITH SOMETHING OF THIS SIZE, OR 6000 OR 5000FTĀ², WHAT THE CAPACITY RESTRAINTS COULD BE THERE.

THERE IS, THE PROPERTY JUST TO THE EAST, APPARENTLY IT JUST SOLD.
I WOULDN'T CALL IT A AUTOMATIC TEAR DOWN PROPERTY.
IT JUST REALLY ALL DEPENDS ON THE LOAD AND THE DEMAND ON THAT TWO INCH LINE, AND I CAN'T SPEAK TO THAT AND IT WOULD DEPEND ON THE SIZE OF THE HOMES ALSO IF THEY'RE EVEN GOING TO BE MANDATED TO HAVE SUPPRESSION.
I MEAN, FOR THE AREA AND FOR THE SIZE OF THE LOTS.
AND SO DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING PIPELINE IS? IS IT PVC, POLYPIPE, SCREW PIPE? WHAT IS IT? I CAN'T SPEAK TO THAT.
I WOULD THINK IT'D BE A POLYLINE, BUT I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE.
WE HAVEN'T DUG IT UP OR ANYTHING.

I MEAN, THE HOME, THE RESIDENCES THERE CURRENTLY IS THERE'S NO TELLING HOW OLD IT IS.

[INAUDIBLE] WAS WILLING TO HELP PAY FOR AND TRY TO BRING IN A WATER LINE FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION.
IT'S JUST IT'S ALMOST BEEN AN IMPOSSIBLE UPHILL BATTLE TRYING TO MAKE THIS LOT BUILDABLE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO USE A WELL FOR DOMESTIC OR FIRE SUPPRESSION WAS ANOTHER CHALLENGE AS WELL.
IF YOU LOOK AT THIS PLAN HERE, WE'VE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH OUR ENGINEERS, OUR CIVIL ENGINEERS AND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ACCESS FOR THE FIRE TRUCKS.
AND IF YOU'LL SEE WHAT WE HAVE HIGHLIGHTED, THERE IS PROPER ACCESS FOR THEM TO DRIVE THEIR TRUCKS ALL THE WAY INTO THE PROPERTY AND HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM TO TURN AROUND AND GET OUT.
AND ALL THAT CONCRETE IS 85,000 PSI RATED.
THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE ACCESS THROUGH OUR GATE TO GET ONTO THE PROPERTY.
