CAMBRIA. FEW CELEBRITIES LIKE THAT, BUT THIS IS CAMBRIA, SO.

OKAY. YES, THIS IS A MASTER SIGN PLAN FOR IT IS CURRENTLY CAMBRIA.

THEY'RE SWITCHING NAMES ON FEBRUARY 1ST, AND THEY'RE LOCATED AT 2104 EAST STATE HIGHWAY 114.

THIS IS AN AERIAL VIEW.

THEY HAVE TWO SIGNS FOR CAMBRIA RIGHT NOW, AND THEY'RE WANTING TO REPLACE THOSE SIGNS.

AND THIS IS JUST SHOWING THE STREET SETBACK AND THE SITE PLAN.

AND THEN THIS IS A STREET VIEW, AND, CAMBRIA IS BACK HERE.

THIS IS THE EXISTING BUILDING.

SO THE FIRST REQUEST THAT THEY HAVE IS FOR THIS BANNER SIGN.

THE BANNER SIGN IS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE SIGN ORDINANCE.

EXCEPT FOR THAT, THEY WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT UP LONGER THAN 15 DAYS.

THE REASON FOR THIS REQUEST IS THEY THEY WANT TO PUT THIS SIGN UP THE BANNERS UP ON FEBRUARY 1ST.

WE CAN ONLY APPROVE THOSE FOR 15 DAYS.

AND THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO KEEP THOSE BANNERS UP UNTIL THEY GET THEIR NEW SIGNS MANUFACTURED AND INSTALLED.

AND THEY WON'T HAVE FINAL CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL UNTIL FEBRUARY 6TH.

THIS IS JUST SHOWING WHAT THE BANNERS WILL LOOK LIKE.

AND SO THE FIRST PERMANENT SIGNS, SET OF SIGNS THAT THEY LIKE TO INSTALL ARE FOR THE SOUTHLAKE HOTEL.

ALL UPPER STOREY SIGNS REQUIRE VARIANCE APPROVAL.

SO BOTH, OF COURSE, UPPER STOREY SIGNS.

THEY DO COMPLY WITH THE LETTER HEIGHT REGULATIONS FOR THE SOUTH ELEVATION.

IT IS A VARIANCE ON THE EAST ELEVATION.

CAMBRIA DID HAVE A SLIGHTLY BIGGER LETTER HEIGHT AT 45IN.

THAT WAS FOR THE LETTER I IN CAMBRIA.

THEY ARE ALSO REQUESTING VARIANCES FOR SIGN WIDTH.

THE SIGN ON THE BASE SIGN ORDINANCE.

THEY'RE ALLOWED AT 22.5FT FOR THE SIGN WIDTH, AND THEY'RE REQUESTING A 27FT IN ALMOST TEN INCHES.

AND THEY ARE COMPLIANT WITH SIGN AREA.

AND THIS IS WHAT THE SIGNS WILL LOOK LIKE ON THE BUILDING.

AND THIS IS JUST SHOWING THE MEASUREMENTS.

BUILDINGS APPROXIMATELY 59.5FT TALL.

AND THEN FOR THE THE SECOND REQUESTS, THE SOUTHLAKE HOTEL SIGNS WILL BE UP DURING A PERIOD OF, REMODELING OF THE HOTEL.

AND ONCE THAT IS COMPLETE, THEY'D LIKE TO CHANGE THE NAME AGAIN.

AND THEY'RE JUST REQUESTING A SIGNED BAND AREA APPROVAL.

JUST TO ALLOW SOME ADDITIONAL FLEXIBILITY INSTEAD OF REQUIRING THEM TO COME BACK IN FOR ADDITIONAL APPROVAL.

THEY'RE REQUESTING A SIGN HEIGHT OF UP TO 48IN, SIGN WIDTH OF UP TO 27FT, TEN INCHES, WHICH IS THE SAME AS FOR THE SOUTHLAKE HOTEL THAT THEY'RE REQUESTING.

AND THIS IS JUST SHOWING THE SIGN BAND RENDERING.

I'M JUST SHOWING SOME NEIGHBORING SIGNS.

THE WESTIN HOTEL.

THEY HAVE 72IN ON ONE SIDE AND 60IN ON THE OTHER SIDE FOR THE CAPITAL W.

AND THEN THIS IS A NEIGHBORING BUILDING.

THE CTI FOODS AND THE KELLER WILLIAMS ALSO RECEIVED VARIANCES.

CTI FOODS HAS A 48 INCH LOGO.

KELLER WILLIAMS HAS A 42 INCH LETTER FOR THE LETTER K.

AND THIS OTHER ONE HAD A 40 INCH, 48 INCH LOGO FOR THE C.H.

ROBINSON. AGAIN, ANOTHER VARIANCE APPROVAL.

AND THE DELTA HOTELS.

THEIR SIGNS.

THEY HAD A LOGO HEIGHT APPROVED OF 54IN.

WE OWN AND OPERATE QUITE A FEW HOTELS IN THE DALLAS FORT WORTH MARKET.

SO OVER THE LAST, YOU KNOW, 18 MONTHS THE PERFORMANCE HASN'T RECOVERED.

SO WE DECIDED TO SWITCH BRANDS TO MARRIOTT.

SO THIS WILL BE ONE OF THEIR BOUTIQUE HOTELS ONCE WE'RE COMPLETELY DONE.

I SEE SO YOU'RE DOING A RENOVATION OF IT AS WELL.
