THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF SOUTHLAKE TOWN SQUARE IS TOWN CENTER.

THE ZONING IS DOWNTOWN DISTRICT.

THIS IS AN AERIAL VIEW OF THE SITE AND THIS IS THEIR SITE PLAN AND EVENT SCHEDULE.

THESE ARE BASICALLY THE SAME AS WHAT WAS APPROVED PREVIOUSLY.

SO DOES IT SOUND LIKE WE HAVE ANY FROM A CITY PERSPECTIVE, ANY ISSUES CURRENTLY? IS THERE ANY REASON, I GUESS A THREE YEAR REQUEST VERSUS A FIVE YEAR? AND WOULD YOU BE OPPOSED IF WE RECOMMENDED A FIVE YEAR APPROVAL? I THINK HE EVEN WHEN THEY REQUESTED IT, THEY WANTED HE ASKED FOR A TEN YEAR.

BUT THAT WOULDN'T WASN'T APPROVED BY KITE.

AND SO I'M SURE THEY'D BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FIVE YEAR.

AND I THINK THEY BASE IT ON THE SIZE OF THE DOG AND SOME DOGS ARE PART WIENER DOGS.

ONE OF THEM THAT WAS A WINNER FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

HE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF A WIENER DOG AND A LOT OF OTHER STUFF.

SO THERE WAS A LITTLE CONTROVERSY WITH THAT.

AMONG THE WIENER DOG WORLD, PEOPLE MAY HAVE TO START CHECKING THOSE PEDIGREES, I KNOW.

THAT WILL PRIMARILY SUPPORT THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE PUBLIC WORKS OPERATIONS AND THE LOCATION IS 1630 AND 1638 BRUMLOW AVENUE.

THIS IS AN AERIAL VIEW OF THE SITE.

THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION IS MIXED USE AND INDUSTRIAL.

THE CURRENT ZONING IS AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT AND THIS IS THE SITE PLAN.

THE REQUESTED ZONING IS SP2 GENERALIZED SITE PLAN DISTRICT WITH I1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USES THAT ALSO WOULD INCLUDE A COMMUNITY SERVICE USES AND I2 USES THAT WOULD SUPPORT MUNICIPAL OPERATIONS.

SO TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, THE PROJECTED SCHEDULE AT THIS POINT IS TO BE ABLE TO BREAK GROUND AT THE END OF THIS YEAR DECEMBER CONSTRUCTION, IT WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 16 MONTHS.

SO WE WOULD COMPLETE THE WORK IN EARLY 2026.

THE PLAN IS TO MOVE LARGELY MOVE THOSE NEEDS DOWN HERE ON BRUMLOW, KIND OF AWAY FROM A LOT OF AREAS OF TOWN, AND THEN USE THE SITE ON CONTINENTAL AS MORE OF A GENERAL PARK OVER TIME.

CORRECT? I MEAN, THAT'S THE BIG PICTURE OF WHAT'S GOING ON HERE.

JUST SO PEOPLE AT HOME KNOW THAT THE GRAND PLAN HERE.

YEAH. SO WE'RE CURRENTLY PUBLIC WORKS OPERATIONS IS CURRENTLY LOCATED ON CONTINENTAL AND WE ARE MOVING ONE APPROXIMATELY A MILE SOUTH TO THE BRUMLOW SITE. THE EXISTING PUBLIC WORKS OPERATION SITE WILL BE CONVERTED INTO THE SOUTHLAKE SPORTS COMPLEX AS PART OF THAT PROJECT, SO IT'LL BLEND WITH THE EXISTING SOUTHLAKE SPORTS COMPLEX NEXT DOOR.

SO ENLARGING PUBLIC PARKS.
