YES. GOOD EVENING. GRANITE PROPERTIES IS REQUESTING APPROVAL, AN AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER PLAN FOR GRANITE PLACE TWO AND THIS IS TO ALLOW ONE ADDITIONAL UPPER STOREY SIGN. AND THE LOCATION IS 601 STATE STREET.

THIS IS AN AERIAL VIEW OF THE PROPERTY. AND THIS IS THE SITE THE SIGN SITE PLAN.

YOU CAN SEE ALL THE SIGNS. HERE ARE THE ONES THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED.

WE ALSO HAVE IT FOR GRANITE PLACE ONE OVER HERE.

SO THEY'RE ASKING FOR ONE ADDITIONAL SIGN RIGHT HERE.

AGAIN, THIS IS A REQUEST FOR AN UPPER STOREY SIGN.

THE SIZE IS FIVE FEET BY 50FT. AND AGAIN, IT'S AN UPPER STORY SIDE.

SO REALLY, IT'S A SWAP OUT FOR THE SIGN THAT GOES ON THE NORTH BY ELIMINATING THE SIGN THAT WOULD HAVE GONE ON THE WEST SO THAT WE DON'T HAVE TWO SIDES OR BACK TO BACK AT THAT LOCATION.

YEAH. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE'S ANY PREFERENCES FROM ANYONE.

I AGREE WITH THE SENTIMENT OF OF HAVE FOR IF THERE'S A REQUEST FOR FIFTH, I THINK ONE SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY.
