Approve an Engineering Services Agreement (ESA) with Jones Carter, Inc. to provide engineering design services for drainage improvements located at Dove Creek Trail and West Highland Street, and structural improvements at San Saba Drive and Mission Drive in an amount not to exceed $137,250.
