Discussion: Spin #3 will discussion a zoning & plat request for two SF-30 (single family residential) lots at 825 E. Dove Road.
Discussion: The Planning & Development Services Department will discuss and obtain feedback on the proposed sustainability Master Plan, Ordinance No. 1104 a component of the Southlake 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of this plan is to establish clear actions for Southlake to become a leader in sustainability and to provide a tool for City Council to guide operational and policy decisions pertaining to sustainability.
