SPIN2015-06 - SPIN #5 will discuss a new 40,000 SF, 1,200 seat sanctuary including lobby, support spaces, and associated site development on current Countryside Bible Church campus.
SPIN2015-07 - SPIN #3 will discuss a proposed senior living cottage residential project. There is proposed to be a total of 68 units on 11 acres of land. The cottages will be single-story and arranged in four-plex configuration. The project is located adjacent to the new Harbor Chase senior project and will complement this use.
