Call to Order: Introduction of SPIN Program and Meeting Ground Rules.
SPIN2015-10: SPIN#8 will inform and solicit feedback from residents regarding the development of the remaining four (4) office buildings on Dean Way (aka "Legends of Southlake").
SPIN 2015-09: The City of Southlake will discuss the proposed Phase 2 for The Marq, the City's recreation center.
4. SPIN 2015-15 Ordinance 480-RRRR: The City of Southlake will discuss Ordinance 480-RRRR, an amendment to the City's Zoning Ordinance 480 to remove (Commercial school, including trade school) as a permitted use in the 1-1 Light Industrial District (Section 26) and add as a specific use in the Specific Use Permits section (Section 45) of the ordinance. 5.
