Call to Order: Introduction of SPIN Program and Meeting Ground Rules.
SPIN 2015-11: SPIN # 4 will discuss the exterior clarification and modifications to the previously approved Cambria Suites Hotel located in the Kimball Park Office Development. Work will include adding architectural details to the exterior louvers and porte coche, providing layouts for the patio/ pool/cabana and fire pit features.
SPIN 2015- 12: SPIN # 8 will discuss the installation of a monopole communications tower at 1610 Hart Street.
SPIN 2015-08: SPIN #8 will discuss a 12, 000 square foot office building to be constructed at 305 S. Nolen Drive.
5. SPIN 2015- 14: SPIN # 11 will discuss 8000 square foot office building on one acre 2419 Southlake Boulevard. 6. Adjourn.
