SPIN2016-07 - SPIN #9 would like to propose a medical office development for Tower Plaza consisting of a two-story medical office building, approximately 43,000 square feet in total floor area, with private physician offices and daytime surgery center located at 821-835 E. Southlake Boulevard.

SPIN2016-06 - SPIN #1 would like to propose a new regional corporate office development for TD Ameritrade consisting of 2 office buildings, totaling approximately 330,000 square feet of floor area, and a structured parking garage on approximately 78-acres between State Hwy. 114 and Kirkwood Boulevard. 5.
