SPIN2016-15 - The City of Southlake is proposing to develop Phase II of The Marq -Southlake located at 285 Shady Oaks Drive within SPIN District 7.
SPIN2016-16 - An applicant is proposing a 20-acre mixed use development consisting of two multi-story office buildings and two senior living buildings located at the northeast corner of Blessed Way and SH 114 frontage road within SPIN District 4.
