SPIN2017-24 - An applicant is proposing to develop a sixty (60) lot residential subdivision on an approximately thirty-six (36) acre tract on the south side of Southlake Blvd. located at the 2600 block of W. Southlake Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood #11.
SPIN2017-25 - An applicant is proposing to add four (4) lots on approximately 4.5 acres to the Westwyck Hills Neighborhood located at 1390 & 1393 Brown Ln. within SPIN Neighborhood #5.
