SPIN2018-19 - An applicant is proposing a Zoning Change and Site Plan for approval to develop ten (10) office buildings totaling approximately 64,676 square feet of area on approximately 7.5 acres located at the southwest corner of W. Southlake Blvd. and S. White Chapel Blvd. (Southlake Commons) within SPIN Neighborhood #10.
SPIN2018-18 - An applicant is proposing Specific Use Permits for the installation of small cell antennas in six (6) locations throughout Southlake Town Square within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
SPIN2018-20 - An applicant is proposing a mixed-use development consisting of three (3) separate buildings totaling approximately 82,000 square feet located at 455 S. Kimball Ave. within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
