SPIN2019-08 - An applicant is proposing to develop an eleven (11) lot residential subdivision (Hawkwood) on approximately ten (10) acres located at 610 & 620 S. Peytonville Ave. within SPIN Neighborhood #10.
SPIN2019-09 - An applicant is proposing to remodel the former Cafe Express tenant space for a new restaurant (Moxie's) to include expanded seating, bar, and upgraded patio located at 1466 Main Street in Southlake Town Square within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
