SPIN2019-32 - An applicant is proposing building remodel and renovations, as well as an approximately 16,760 square foot building expansion and other site improvements for The Hills Church located at 2501 W. Southlake Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood #11.
SPIN2019-35 - An applicant is proposing an approximately 4,326 square-foot addition to the fuel canopy, the installation of six (6) additional fuel pumps, and other improvements for Costco at 2601 E. SH 114 within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
