SPIN2020-15-The City of Southlake is proposing an amendment to Section 37 of the Zoning Ordinance ("DT" Downtown District) to allow greater flexibility for administrative approval for storefront facade designs in Southlake Town Square, generally located south of E. SH 114, east of N. Carroll Ave., north of E. Southlake Blvd, and west of Village Center Dr. within SPIN Neighborhood #8. 4. Adjourn.
